AeroMobil company from Slovakia has just present the latest prototype of its futuristic flying car in Brussels.
AeroMobil 3.0 is the latest version of the car, which is designed to drive down on the ground and to fly. Maybe the most exciting moment of the presentation of the car in Brussels was the fact that the first commercial vehicles are expected to be ready in 2017. AeroMobil 3.0 is one of several experimental prototypes aeromobil2 of the Slovak company, which by the end of this year will have a few more features and improvements for the design.
Although all prototypes of the company are currently with two seats, it could change. The company said that this is only the first of a series of innovative vehicles. However, they did not disclose details of any types of other models that works. While all see flying cars as a luxury toy, the team who stands behind the design of AeroMobil claim that the car is a very practical to use.
For example, people who spend time traveling to work, this flying machine will help to shorten the time. It can also to be used by units like ambulance and police to places where do not have road infrastructure.
AeroMobil will have to be certified as car and aircraft to be able to be used. Those who want to see the car before starting to use on the roads, can visit the Justus Lipsius building in Brussels.
